I just wanted to drop you a "thank you"
note for the excellent service and beautiful flowers you delivered to my
Mother last Friday. She said they arrived in "the most beautiful box",
and came with a photo and instructions for arranging. It was without a
doubt the best received Mother's Day gift I have ever purchased. And the
Cookies were an added treat. I will return to you often for my "floral"
needs. It is good to know that "quality and service" can still be found
in our fast paced society.

I had paid for the flowers with my
Discover card. For some reason the card did not go through and one
of your representatives called me. He had already sent the flowers
so they would make it on time (which is incredible that you would do that!)
and was most pleasant on the phone. I am sorry I did not get his
name, however if he is an example of your staff, you have an incredible
team.
We will be ordering from you again,
